Foras.AI Backs Efham.ai to Build First Arabic AI Learning Community

Foras.AI, the Egyptian innovation and investment platform led by entrepreneur Mohamed Aboulnaga Nagaty, has announced an investment in Efham.ai, an AI education platform developed by NixAI, an Egyptian AI venture studio founded by Ahmed Nagy. The deal is aimed at building what both companies describe as the first community dedicated to learning artificial intelligence entirely in the Arabic language.

Addressing a Gap in Arabic-Language AI Education

The core premise behind Efham.ai is straightforward: most specialised AI educational content is still produced in English, leaving a significant portion of Arabic speakers with limited access to high-quality learning resources in their native language. Efham.ai is designed to close that gap, delivering content not just in standard Arabic but in Egyptian colloquial Arabic, making technical concepts more relatable and accessible to learners across the region.

The platform describes itself as a full-stack AI learning community rather than a conventional educational programme. Beyond covering AI fundamentals, it focuses on practical applications: helping users leverage AI tools for content creation, product development, entrepreneurship, fundraising, and building AI-powered income streams.

Scale and Launch Timeline

Efham.ai is targeting more than 400 million Arabic speakers and plans to expand across more than 15 countries in the region, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Jordan. The platform is scheduled to launch at the end of Q3 2026, with plans to release more than 100 AI training lessons by that date.

Why It Matters for the Region

The investment reflects a wider trend across the Middle East and North Africa, where demand for AI skills is rising sharply among individuals, startups, and enterprises, but access to locally produced, Arabic-language AI education remains limited. Rather than translating existing global content, Efham.ai is building natively for Arab audiences. This is a distinction that both companies say is central to the platform’s value.
