Editorial Standards

Editorial Standards

Techsoma Middle East aims to publish accurate, clear, and responsibly sourced technology journalism.

Accuracy and sourcing

Writers should verify material facts, distinguish reporting from opinion, attribute information to appropriate sources, and link to primary evidence where practical. Anonymous sources should be used only when there is a clear public-interest reason and their identity is known to the editorial team.

Fairness and conflicts

People and organisations facing significant criticism should receive a reasonable opportunity to respond. Contributors must disclose relevant financial, employment, or personal conflicts to the editorial team.

Corrections

Material factual errors should be corrected promptly and transparently under our Corrections Policy.

Commercial content

Advertising and paid contributions must be clearly labelled. Commercial arrangements do not guarantee favourable coverage, and compensated outbound links are marked with sponsored and nofollow attributes.

Automation and artificial intelligence

Automated tools may assist research or production, but a human editor remains responsible for verification, attribution, originality, and the published result.
