Fipera’s neofashion.ai Brings AI Fashion Photography to Every Brand

For fashion brands, the gap between a creative idea and a finished campaign has always been measured in weeks, budgets, and logistical complexity. A designer sketches a collection. A brand plans a seasonal campaign. Then the machinery of production kicks in: casting models, booking studios, hiring photographers, managing lighting, editing, retouching, and waiting for approval cycles that stretch timelines and inflate costs.

For large retailers, this is an expensive but manageable process. For smaller brands, it is often prohibitive.

UAE-based strategic consultancy Fipera believes it has found a better way. The company has launched neofashion.ai, an artificial intelligence content platform that allows fashion retailers to generate on-brand product photography, video, and marketing content directly from their own product photos and references.

The platform emerged from a private beta in which three global apparel brands used it in live production, generating on-model photography, e-commerce packshots, and campaign video from their own product images. Now it is open to any fashion brand, with a self-serve pricing model that includes a free tier.

A Solution to Fashion’s Consistency Problem

Fashion brands do not lack creative ideas. They lack a way to execute those ideas consistently, at scale, without breaking the budget.

Traditional fashion photography is a high-stakes, high-cost production process. A single campaign can require multiple shoots across different locations, with different models, lighting setups, and post-production teams. Maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across hundreds or thousands of product images is difficult and expensive.

neofashion.ai addresses this by grounding every generation in the brand’s own references. The AI does not produce generic fashion imagery. It produces imagery that looks unmistakably like the brand, because the model is trained on the brand’s own product photos and visual references.

Alkan explained the value proposition: “Our beta brands are producing catalogue-scale imagery in hours instead of weeks, and it looks unmistakably like their brand, because every generation is grounded in their own references, not a generic average, with low cost.”

What the Platform Actually Does

neofashion.ai is not a single tool. It is a full production pipeline covering the entire fashion content workflow. The platform includes:

  • On-model photography — generating images of clothing on models without a physical shoot

  • Sketch-to-photo — turning design sketches into photorealistic product images

  • Flat lay and cut-out packshots — standard e-commerce product imagery

  • Studio photos — high-quality product shots without a studio

  • Campaign video — video content generated from product images

  • Batch tools for seasonal collections — processing entire collections at scale

The platform also includes a native Shopify integration, allowing merchants to generate and attach product imagery directly from their store catalogue, inside Shopify. This removes the friction of exporting images, uploading them to a separate platform, and then re-importing them into the store.

Designed for Every Brand, Not Just the Big Players

One of the most significant aspects of neofashion.ai is its accessibility. The platform is not designed exclusively for large retailers with deep production budgets. It is built to be accessible to businesses of every size.

Pricing is self-serve and credit-based, with a free tier. An independent boutique or small e-commerce label can start generating professional imagery the same day it signs up, with no sales calls and no minimum volume. As brands grow, they can move to paid plans. Enterprise customers gain access to extra fine-tuning controls, API access, and service-level agreements.

This pricing model addresses a real gap in the market. Small fashion brands often struggle to produce professional-quality imagery because they cannot afford traditional photoshoots. neofashion.ai removes that barrier. A brand with a few product photos and a clear visual identity can generate catalogue-scale imagery without hiring a photographer, booking a studio, or casting models.

Designed and Built in the UAE

neofashion.ai was designed and engineered in the UAE, drawing on Fipera’s operating experience in fashion trading and retail commerce. This is not an imported product adapted for the local market. It is a product built from the ground up in the region, based on direct experience with the challenges fashion brands face.

Fipera positions the launch as part of the UAE’s broader push, under its National AI Strategy 2031 and D33 economic agenda, to export AI products rather than only adopt them.

The UAE has been an early adopter of AI across multiple sectors, from healthcare to government services. But adoption is only one side of the equation. Exporting AI products signals a shift from being a consumer of technology to a producer of it. neofashion.ai is a test case for whether the UAE can build globally competitive AI products that solve real problems for international customers.

The Challenge Ahead

neofashion.ai has clear advantages, but it also faces challenges. The quality of AI-generated fashion imagery has improved dramatically in recent years, but it is not yet indistinguishable from traditional photography for all use cases. Brands may be hesitant to replace traditional shoots with AI-generated content for hero campaigns or flagship products.

There is also the question of brand differentiation. If every brand uses the same AI tools to generate imagery, will the results start to look similar? neofashion.ai addresses this by grounding every generation in the brand’s own references, but the risk of homogenisation remains a concern for an industry that thrives on distinctiveness.

Finally, there is the question of adoption. Fashion is a conservative industry in many ways. Brands have established relationships with photographers, studios, and production houses. Convincing them to replace or supplement these relationships with an AI platform will require a shift in mindset, not just a technological improvement.

A Test Case for the UAE’s AI Ambitions

neofashion.ai is more than a product launch. It is a test case for the UAE’s ambition to export AI products. The platform was designed and built in the UAE, based on local expertise in fashion trading and retail commerce. It is now being offered to brands globally, with a pricing model that makes it accessible to businesses of every size.

If neofashion.ai succeeds, it will demonstrate that the UAE can build globally competitive AI products that solve real problems for international customers. If it struggles, it will highlight the challenges of building AI products that can compete with established players.

For now, the platform is live, and any fashion brand can start using it today. The question is not whether AI will transform fashion photography. It is already happening. The question is which companies will lead that transformation, and whether the UAE can be among them.
