Abu Dhabi-based Eneron, a subsidiary of Kintsugi Holding, has introduced Magnus and Magnum, two state-of-the-art border surveillance and response vehicles. Revealed at IDEX 2025, these vehicles integrate AI-driven technology, autonomous navigation, and cyber-defense capabilities, redefining modern border security and law enforcement mobility.

Innovative Features for Border Security

Magnus and Magnum are engineered to enhance threat detection, patrolling, and response efficiency with cutting-edge capabilities, including:

  • 360° AI-Powered Surveillance: Provides real-time monitoring and threat detection.
  • Dual Drone Deployments: Enables autonomous reconnaissance and situational awareness.
  • Mission-Adaptive Intelligence: Adjusts to varied terrains and tactical requirements.
  • Cyber and Electronic Warfare Protection: Includes GPS anti-jamming, secure communications, and mesh networking for operations in high-threat zones.

These features make them ideal for security, military, and law enforcement missions, ensuring seamless operations even in extreme conditions.

Sustainability and Versatility in Mobility

Built on Eneron’s proprietary hybrid range extender chassis, Magnus and Magnum balance performance and sustainability. Their next-gen hybrid powertrain allows:

  • Silent Watch Mode: Enables covert surveillance without engine noise.
  • 100% Electric Mode: Reduces emissions and enhances eco-friendly operations.
  • Mobile Charging Station Mode: Powers other electronic assets in the field.

This versatility ensures adaptability in both urban and off-road environments, reinforcing their role in next-generation policing and tactical mobility.

Industry Leadership and Vision

Sean Teo, Managing Director of Kintsugi Holding, emphasized the significance of this launch:

“Magnus and Magnum represent a significant leap in border control and law enforcement mobility by integrating AI-driven command capabilities, autonomous navigation, and mission-ready adaptability. With their global debut at IDEX 2025, we are excited to set new benchmarks for tactical mobility, smart policing, and next-generation patrol efficiency.”

Tareq AlBannay, Vice President of Future Systems at Kintsugi, highlighted Eneron’s vision:

“Both Magnum and Magnus embody Eneron’s vision for the future of tactical mobility, where AI-driven intelligence, mission adaptability, and sustainable power converge to redefine law enforcement capabilities. We remain committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability in law enforcement operations worldwide.”

Final Thought

Eneron’s Magnus and Magnum vehicles mark a major step forward in AI-driven surveillance and tactical mobility. Their advanced security, sustainability, and adaptability set new global standards for border patrol and law enforcement operations. These vehicles reinforce the country’s commitment to next-generation defense solutions.
