Dubai Launches Founders HQ to Power Startup Growth

Dubai has launched Founders HQ, a new hub designed to support the city’s growing community of entrepreneurs and startups. The initiative aims to deepen collaboration, expand access to resources, and attract global talent to the emirate’s fast-evolving innovation economy.

A Hub Built for Founders

Located in Dubai Internet City, Founders HQ is positioned as a central meeting point for entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders. The space will host workshops, mentorship programmes, and pitch events, creating an environment where early-stage companies can accelerate growth and scale globally.

According to organisers, the hub is part of Dubai’s broader push to make the emirate one of the world’s leading destinations for startup innovation. It aligns with recent government initiatives to attract tech companies, build talent pipelines, and encourage cross-border investment.

Empowering a Global Startup Base

Founders HQ aims to address some of the core challenges faced by entrepreneurs, including access to funding, talent, and international networks. The hub will offer structured support across several areas:

  • Mentorship and training from experienced founders and investors.

  • Access to funding opportunities through curated investor introductions.

  • Community-driven events are designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • International partnerships to help startups scale beyond the region.

These elements are expected to play a crucial role in supporting both local and international founders in establishing their businesses in Dubai.

Strengthening Dubai’s Startup Appeal

Dubai has become a magnet for startups in fintech, AI, logistics, and sustainability. By launching Founders HQ, the emirate is deepening its support infrastructure to ensure that companies have more than just favourable regulations; they also have a thriving ecosystem.

Officials noted that the hub will be open to both Emirati and international founders, positioning Dubai as a global launchpad for ambitious ventures.

A Strategic Step for the Ecosystem

Founders HQ signals Dubai’s commitment to building a strong and connected innovation economy, one that supports startups from ideation to global expansion.
