The AI doctors in Agent Hospital have been designed to evolve autonomously, learning from millions of patient cases to improve their accuracy and ability to make decisions. Powered by large language models (LLMs) like GPT-3.5 similar to the one used to build ChatGPT, these AI agents can handle cases that would typically take human doctors years to complete. With a capacity to diagnose and treat tens of thousands of virtual patients in a matter of days, Agent Hospital is pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in healthcare.

How Agent Hospital Works

The AI doctors have achieved an accuracy rate of 93.06% on the MedQA dataset, a test designed to assess the knowledge of medical professionals. The system can handle up to 10,000 patient cases in a short period. Something that would take human doctors several years to achieve.
